We have a standard tariff of between £80 and £140 per day for the apartment with a preferred minimum stay of 3 nights. No45 can accommmodate 1,2 or 3 people. Weekly rates available.

Deposit:
A deposit of one quarter of the total is payable at the outset and the balance due 4 weeks before you arrive . Bookings within 4 weeks of arrival are payable in full from the outset. Please see our Terms and conditions.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, the charge for cancelling your reservation varies depending on how many days before the arrival date, your written cancellation is received. The deposit is non-refundable.
Visa and Mastercard accepted.
